To top it off some of the basic notes (ie. the 4th fret on the A string) are tuned to the same pitch as one of the percussion instruments so it's easy to get confused as to what is a bass note and what is percussion. Because of that and the frequency in which the bass changes, instead of *just* writing each line and then a multiplier (ie.
