Middle finger gets the 7. There's a tricky little shift here, you switch from a power-chord kind of fingering to barring the last 4 strings at the 7th fret. The notes are played evenly but I spaced them a bit... makes it easier to mentally group them and see the alternating notes at the 7th fret.
