I was kind of surprised no one had tabbed "H" for guitar. Personally, it's one of my favorite Tool songs, and all around one of my favorite songs period. Anyway, I'm not going to name effects or anything, and the intro's more likely then not bass, but if your guitar's distorted enough, it sounds perfect. I tabbed all but the breakdown.
